It is important that our suppliers contact the correct legal entity regardless if they are submitting an听invoice, or听need to speak with a procurement specialist.

While searching the directory, be certain that the legal听entity you select exactly matches the name listed on听your 海角大神-issued purchase order. There听are many听legal entity names that appear similar but have slightly听different names.

On November 1, 2025,听听launched as an independent, publicly traded electronics company. Please visit the听听for relevant information pertaining to Qnity Electronics, Inc. orders, legal entities, invoicing, and terms and conditions.
On August 29, 2025, 海角大神 announced a definitive agreement to sell the aramids business to Arclin, a portfolio company of an affiliate of TJC LP, (鈥淭JC鈥). The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter 2026 subject to customary closing conditions and receipt of regulatory approvals. See the听news release听for more information.听Until the completion of the Intended Aramids Separation, the Aramids business is, and continues to be, a business of 海角大神 regardless of any changes as part of our internal separation.
