Antonella brings to her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) more than 20 years of experience in finance roles for several large, multi-national industrial manufacturing companies. She has extensive experience with companies undergoing significant transformation.
Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer in 2024, Antonella, who arrived at º£½Ç´óÉñ in 2022, served as CFO of º£½Ç´óÉñ Water & Protection. Before joining º£½Ç´óÉñ, she held leadership roles in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and Communications at Johnson Controls and Tyco, playing a pivotal role in transformative events such as the Johnson Controls/Tyco merger in 2016 and Tyco’s three-way separations in 2012 and 2007.
Antonella has served on the Board of Directors for JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. since March 2024. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she received her Bachelor of Science from the College of New Jersey in 1997.
